Current Charge

Nominating Committee

(Committee:  Past President, one member of the Board and one at-large regular member)

Present a slate of officers and directors to the membership.

Finance Committee

(Committee:  Treasurer, President-Elect, a member of the Board and two at-large voting members.)

Submit a proposed budget to the Board of Directors; make recommendations to the Board of Directors on investment decisions and serve as liaison to the Board of Directors with the CPA chosen by the Board to audit or review the Society’s accounts.

Maintain strong ISAE membership, in both size and involvement.

Plan and execute financially successful conference with the appropriate balance of educational and networking opportunities.

STAR Awards Committee

Co-Chairs:

Brenda Dant, CAE, Indiana Association of Plumbing/Heating/Cooling Contractors

Cindy Bussell, Indiana Builders Association

Responsible for planning and executing the STAR Awards (Society’s Top Award of Recognition).  The STAR Awards are designed to honor Society members for work within their own associations.  Categories and budget classifications may be changed at the discretion of the Board.
