The CrossConnect sponsorship includes an exhibit table at the event. Exhibiting provides you the opportunity to maximize your exposure as a sponsor at the event and showcase any new products or services you offer. The following will be the details for the day of exhibiting:
Exhibit Hall Location: JW Marriott, Grand Ballroom 1-2
Set Up: Starting at 7:00 a.m.
Tear Down: Starting at 3:30 p.m.
**Due to the open space format that we will be using this year exhibitors will be unable to break down prior to the conclusion of the event.
What is included: 8' table, 2 chairs, linen and skirting and a sponsor sign with logo. All exhibitors will be asked to keep display items on or behind their tables unless they make other arrangements with Katie Voorhest prior to the event.
