The Innovation Incubator format is meant to create an environment for idea sharing. Any topic is always up for discussion, however, here is a list of scheduled topics:

October 16: How to Implement a Mobile Workforce Challenges and Solutions
Facilitator: Kathy Mandusic Finley, Ph.D., CAE
Not only is Kathy the Executive Director of Tenant-in-Common Association & Foundation. Finley recently completed her Ph.D. in organizational development (with a specialization association management) from Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her dissertation, “Executive Succession Practices in Individual Membership Associations (2007),” examines this subject in light of organizational change theory.
