August 23 – Lunch & Learn Webinar
Association Dirty Work: Things Every Association Professional Should Know
Perfecting your association’s customer service approach, managing risk for your association’s events and understanding your association’s financial health may not sound glamorous, but they are a vital part of the inner workings of a successful organization, and something every association professional should know. Join us for August’s Lunch & Learn webinar to discover the importance of these key areas of association management and how they relate to each other.
Make it a party! Bring a group together for lunch in the conference room and have a viewing party. After the webinar concludes, keep the conversation and learning going. All ISAE members receive one webinar for free each year and with only one more in November for 2017, you’ll want to take advantage of this benefit.
In August’s webinar Sally Cutler from Sally Cutler Communications, Michael George from AMJ Insurance and Micki Siner, CPA from VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm will:
- Discuss how everyone on your team can align efforts with your association’s mission and values and leverage customer service to ensure success
- Help you minimize your association’s risk by walking you through how to create and manage a risk management plan to protect you and your association if you have an incident at one of your events
- Share how to avoid common pitfalls associations face in the budgeting process, how and why to engage in financial and budgeting information regardless of your staff role and what information every association professional should know to ensure your association’s financial health
