ISAE Recruiter Club Guidelines

How do I join the club?
As an ISAE member, you must bring in at least one new association professional member to ISAE. A new member is defined as someone who joined ISAE within the previous calendar year. So the person you bring to ISAE cannot have been a member within the previous calendar year. We began tracking new member referrals January 1, 2016.

Once I’m in the club, how long does my club membership last?
Annual Member—Bring in at least one new association professional member a year.
Lifetime Member—Bring in at least five new association professional members within one year.

What kind of recognition will I receive?
Once you refer someone who joins ISAE as a new association professional member, you will be recognized in the Synergy e-newsletter and on ISAE’s website.

We will also recognize the Top Recruiter in between 5:05 Club events. The top recruiter in the two month time period will be recognized at the next 5:05 and receive a gift card. You’ll also be recognized at events.

Top Recruiters will be recognized at STAR Awards.

Once you’ve made it into the club, grab a Recruiter Club ribbon to affix to your name badge at all events you attend.

If you’re an association professional who joins the Recruiter Club, you’ll receive 15% off next year’s membership dues.

Contact Christine Robinett if you have any questions.
