Noah Blumenthal is the Founder and President of Leading Principles, Inc., an executive coaching and consulting company dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations see fresh perspectives in order to make better decisions. As a speaker, coach and consultant Noah has worked with clients in the Fortune 500 in financial services, advertising, media, pharmaceuticals, professional services, utilities and consumer products and was named by Leadership Excellence Magazine as one of the world's "Top 100 Minds in Personal Development."

Noah is a sought-after speaker and trainer, delivering talks and workshops on leadership development, personal change, marketing and sales behavior to audiences of executives, managers, sales people, HR professionals, executive coaches and OD experts. Organizations that have featured Noah as a speaker include Goldman Sachs, Frito Lay, MTV Networks, Columbia University, Fordham University, the International Coaching Federation, the American Society of Training and Development, and the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.

Noah was a founding member of an internal consulting group at UBS Financial Services where he helped create and lead the effort for team development and coaching in the organization. He trained and consulted to over 1,000 line, management and executive teams and coached hundreds of team leaders on how to change their business and their behaviors.

Noah's second book, Be The Hero: Three Powerful Ways to Overcome Challenges in Work and Life (Due out in July 2009), shows how people can choose to think and act like either heros or victims. Be The Hero and his first book, You're Addicted to You: Why It's So Hard to Change and What You Can Do About It, are published by Barrett-Koehler Publishers. Noah has a BA in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Brandeis University and has completed graduate work in Psychometrics at Fordham University and in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University.
