Panel Member: Kim Paugh, Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS
Kim is currently employed with the Raybourn Group International and has been with the AMC since 2006. She works with three professional associations: Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS, Indiana CCIM Chapter and the National Council of Acoustical Consultants. Her responsibility includes a variety of projects including, meeting planning, operations, membership development, outreach, communications and volunteer management. Kim is a graduate from IUPUI with a Bachelors in Political Science. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Indiana Society of Association Executive.
The Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS (ICBR) is a professional association of commercial real estate brokers and affiliates. Created in 1994, ICBR coordinates education, information, networking and public policy for the benefit of its members. ICBR is affiliated with the Indiana Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
In 2009, the ICBR Board of Directors created a Website Taskforce to redesign the ICBR website. With a budget of $3,000 the taskforce was challenged with creating a website that would be a portal of information for commercial real estate professionals. After a series of taskforce meetings, focus groups and consultations with web developers, the new ICBR website (www.ICBOR.com) was launched in March 2009.
The new website features a menu of links to valuable industry resources. The home page is organized, minimalistic and visually appealing. The website is mapped so information is no more than one or two clicks beyond the home page. ICBR continues to evaluate and add information to the website based on member feedback.
