A great feel-good book that has a serious message.  Be a human first. "Just because we're at work doesn't mean that we're not human..."  Doesn't that sound obvious?  But, do we get too busy to remember that we're more than our skills and the tasks we do each day?  Being a good person, being genuinely interested in other people, and making connections for others not only feels good, but it's good for your business.  This author talks about how to increase your knowledge, expand your network and share your compassion.
