This is not the first book on leadership I have read, but it is by far one of the best. This book provides a guide to developing leaders through five levels of influence: learning, performing, leading, developing leaders and developing developers of leaders. I read this book with a couple of co-workers and thought is was great to be able to discuss and relate each level to our roles in the office as well as in everyday life. This is truly a great book that will help you determine and grow your leadership abilities.
