The presenter for this session is CJ McClanahan the President of reachmore, a small-business and executive leadership coaching firm. CJ has coached almost 200 clients in a variety of industries and disciplines to improve their business from the inside out, so that it runs without them. CJ has held past positions with Arthur Anderson , the Director of Finance and Operations for a manufacturing organization, and as the Director of Sales and Business Development for a global software company. CJ began his consulting career with Action Coach and in a short period of time was awarded the Rookie of Year and Action Man of the Year awards. CJ is also a columnist for the IBJ and hosts a central Indiana radio program for entrepreneurs called Lets' Talk Business.
