CEO/ CAE Exchange – How to Save a Sinking Ship: Turnaround Strategies

The CEO/CAE Exchange format provides you the opportunity to take advantage of one of the greatest resources ISAE provides you.....your peers! In this safe, non-judgemental environment you can share your failures and success with those that know exactly what you do and what is expected of you daily.  This environment will help you conquer your toughest challenges and allow you to learn best practices from an accomplished community of you peers.

Most associations do not take the time to evaluate things before they get to the point where they are forced. A best practice is to continually evaluate where the organization is and to take action to get or stay at the top of your industry. Work with you peers at this interactive session to determine where your organization stands and how to get volunteer leadership to work with you to stay relevant, maintain members and look to the future. .
