Work + Life Integration (Not Balance!)

Balance implies that one stops where the other begins, that it's easy to not do one while doing the other, and that if equal time and attention are paid to both, it's a win. But, it's rarely possible without significant stress or chaos, which can seriously undermine your ability to be a successful manager of others and yourself.

Hear tips and tricks for how to integrate your professional duties and those that fulfill you personally, how to manage strategic planning hours with social hours, and do so without incurring some of the serious consequences that come with stress, like substance abuse and mental health struggles. Learn how to successfully chase professional growth while maintaining the highest standards for association management and - perhaps most important - your authentic self.

Earn 1 CAE hour from your home or office with this engaging, informative webinar presented by Tara Puckey.

Continue the education...Host a viewing party at your office and continue the conversation with your peers after the webinar wraps up!
