The Leadership Track
is designed for the emerging association leader (3+ years of experience in
association management).
This tr
ack is intended for emerging association leaders. Scheduled as a quarterly
virtual workshop, these sessions will focus on providing leadership curricu
lum as professional development, with a secondary focus on discussing curre
nt issues. This track is designed as a cohort experience and will be capped
at 25 participants.
Leadership Track sessions will follow this
outline:
NEW IN 2021!
In the months between quarterly sessions (Mar, Apr, Jun, Jul,
Sep, Oct), ISAE will offer a virtual one-hour “brown bag lunch" discussion
for both the executive and leadership tracks. These will include follow up
discussions based on content from the previous quarterly session, current
trending issues, additional opportunities to brainstorm solutions to immedi
ate challenges, etc. Brown bag discussions will be facilitated by ISAE staf
f and will count for one (1) CAE hour each.
ISAE is currently planning to host
this program virtually (via Zoom) for all of 2021. Should circumstances ch
ange and protocols allow for in-person gatherings, ISAE will solicit input
from participants about a potential change to in-person.

As a CAE Approv ed Provider of educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, each attended session of this program may be applied for 3 credit hours, a nd each virtual "brown bag lunch" may be applied for 1 credit hour, toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements.
< p>Note: This program is not endorsed, accredited, or affiliated with AS AE or the CAE program. Applicants may use any program that meets eligibilit y requirements in the specific time frame towards the exam application or r enewal. There are no specific individual courses required as part of the ap plications – selection of eligible education is up to the applicant based o n his/her needs.
