ISAE Strategy Academy 2018

ISAE Strategy Academy logo

In 2016, Mary Byers, CAE, piloted a program through ISAE called Association Strategy Circles, an intimate cohort-style program designed to enhance the professional acumen of senior level association executives. The program was such a big hit that, while Mary was unable to continue to facilitate the program in 2017, she encouraged ISAE and the original participants to do so. The program continued to grow and in 2018 expanded its reach to offer two unique strategic leadership tracks, one still for senior level executives as well as one for experienced management level association professionals, bringing value to even more of our ISAE members. With the expansion of the program came changes in format, content and facilitation, and therefore a need to re-brand to the ISAE Strategy Academy.

Executive Strategy Track – designed for the experienced Association Executive
Executives enrolled in this four-part track will connect, engage and learn from peers and industry experts. Each of the four days will balance with a half-day of facilitator-led training with Gabriel Eckert, CAE and a half-day of executing new concepts, models and ideas. Join us for this intimate program that will be capped at 25 association executives.

Leadership Strategy Track – designed for the experienced Association Leader (3+ years in leadership role).
Participants enrolled in this four-part track will further develop their careers as they connect, engage and learn from peers and industry leaders. Each of the four days will balance with a half-day of facilitator-led training with Gabriel Eckert, CAE and a half-day of executing new concepts, models and ideas. Join us for this intimate program that will be capped at 25 associations leaders.

Testimonials:

“Participating in the Association Strategy Circles (ASC) group these past two years has been the best thing ISAE has ever offered in my 22 years as a member.  The group of peers has been gracious and engaging and has provided me an opportunity to step out of my association leadership to look at my own organization in a transformative way. It has also been personally fulfilling to work on strategies to make me a better leader of my association.  It has been time well-spent!”
