Strategy Academy is ISAE’s premier mastermind program, featuring facilitated discussions and curriculum to help participants strategize, work through common challenges and sharpen their leadership dexterity.

Now in its sixth year, Strategy Academy is making a change for 2021 by separating the Executive and Leadership tracks entirely, with a different program tailored to the specific professional development needs of each group.

With four quarterly sessions, plus "brown bag lunch" virtual discussions between sessions (see below), participants can earn up to 18 CAE hours through this program in 2021!

  • EXECUTIVE TRACK - Designed for the experienced association C-Suite/executive. LEARN MORE
  • LEADERSHIP TRACK - Designed for the emerging association leader (3+ years of experience in association management). LEARN MORE

Each track will meet four times in 2021. These sessions count for three (3) CAE hours each.

NEW IN 2021!
In the months between quarterly sessions (Mar, Apr, Jun, Jul, Sep, Oct), ISAE will offer a virtual one-hour “brown bag lunch" discussion for each track. These will include follow up discussions based on content from the previous quarterly session, current trending issues, additional opportunities to brainstorm solutions to immediate challenges, etc. Brown bag discussions will be facilitated by ISAE staff and will count for one (1) CAE hour each.
