The Executive Track is designed for the experienced association C-Suite/executive.

Executives enrolled in this four-part track will connect, engage and learn from peers and industry experts. Executives benefit from unique high-level conversations with peer association leaders that do not take place anywhere else. Each of the quarterly gatherings will blend opportunities to discuss current issues and examine emerging leadership trends and will feature a professional development topic, selected from suggestions via a survey of participants. Join us for this intimate program that will be capped at 25 association executives.

Quarterly In-Person Meetings:
Each track will meet in-person four times in 2022. These sessions count for 3.5 CAE hours each and will feature a shared lunch with both tracks in attendance.

Virtual "Brown Bag Lunch" Discussions:

In the months between quarterly sessions (Mar, Apr, Jun, Jul, Aug, Oct), ISAE will offer a virtual one-hour “brown bag lunch" discussion for each track. These will include follow up discussions based on content from the previous quarterly session, current trending issues, additional opportunities to brainstorm solutions to immediate challenges, etc. Brown bag discussions will be facilitated by ISAE staff and will count for 1 CAE hour each.
