SPACE FOR 2023 IS LIMITED
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Who attends Strategy Academy?
Strategy Academy is broken down into two tracks: Executive and Leadership. The Executive Track is designed for the experienced executive or C-Suite level staff managing an association or membership-based nonprofit. The Leadership Track is designed for emerging association leaders who have at least three years of association management experience.
- Is there a maximum number of participants?
Yes. In Order to maintain an intimate cohort experience, Strategy Academy is limited to 25 participants in each track.
- May I send more than one participant from my organization?
Due to the 25 participant maximum, registration is limited to one participant per organization for each track (executive and leadership). It is encouraged that an association register both the executive and a rising leader for this program.
- I have multiple staff members who would like to attend. May I switch them out each session (staff member A attends session 1, staff member B attends session 2, …)?
No. Registration for this event counts for all four sessions. Substitutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by ISAE staff. ISAE members on the waitlist will be granted priority over substitutions.
- What happens if I register after the maximum is reached?
Those who register after the limit is reached will be placed on a waitlist and will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment will only need to be made after being removed from the waitlist and will be pro-rated accordingly.
- I am not an ISAE member (yet!). May I still sign up?
Yes. This program is among ISAE's strongest professional development offerings and a great way to get a taste of ISAE membership. With that said, non-member registration is $100 higher than the member rate. Consider becoming a member and saving on this program and more.
- How are CAE hours tracked for this event?
CAE hours are self-tracked and reported. Hours may only be counted for sessions attended.
- Will participants receive agendas before the sessions?
Yes. Agendas will be distributed to attendees no less than three business days prior to each quarterly session.
- Will the roster be shared with participants?
Yes. This program aims to foster a cohort experience among the attendees. Providing a roster with contact information supports this goal.
- I'm still confused. To whom should I reach out with additional questions?
All additional questions may be directed to ISAE staff at [email protected].
