Join us for an interactive and engaging workshop designed to help you unlock your personal and team strengths. Using principles from CliftonStrengths, this session will guide you through a journey of self-discovery and collaborative potential.

  • Part 1: Explore your individual strengths, understand your top five themes, and learn actionable strategies to enhance your personal performance.
  • Part 2: Dive into team dynamics and discover how collective strengths align with Gallup’s four domains of leadership: Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, and Strategic Thinking.

Participants will complete the CliftonStrengths assessment before attending the session. Details will be shared after registration.

About the Facilitator

Leslie Pedigo spent 10 years in higher education and fraternity/sorority life before transitioning to the association and events industry. As Education Manager at RE+ Events, she oversees educational programming for several domestic conferences hosted by two clean energy associations.

Previously, Leslie worked in employee development, education, and programming at national fraternity/sorority headquarters and the University of Kentucky. A Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths™ Coach since 2018, she has integrated CliftonStrengths into various student and staff programs. Leslie holds two degrees from the University of North Texas and resides in Indianapolis, IN.
