About the Facilitators

Andrew Chamberlain is a former association chief executive with 15 years of C-suite experience. Since 2016, he has advised membership organizations globally on leadership, strategy, and governance. He founded the Cambridge Governance Symposium and co-hosts the Association Transformation podcast.

Ellen Daniels is the award-winning CEO of the British Compressed Gases Association, leading a dynamic membership body since 2020. With a background in public affairs, she also serves as a Director of the UK’s Trade Association Forum, promoting best practices in the sector.
